This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Room was great value for money. 10 mins walk to the center. We ordered lunch at Pupu Poke, located steps away from the venue.
The bed was not comfortable here.

nice roof terrace with view over the city, bar unfortunately closed in winter. there is currently a construction site next to the hotel. construction noise early in the morning and at noon. should be informed before booking. staff super nice. we arrived there were no german tv channels because the server was broken. fixed the same day.
bathroom in our room urgently needs renovation. wc flushing running. shower leaking, so that every time you put the whole bathroom under water, sink drain clogged, joints in shower black.

Good location in the center, but.. (see below).
.. Hotel garage extremely difficult to find. Two times asked at reception,
-
The Super Friendly Luis and David that park the cars. Una Maravilla los dos Señores.
The very rude reception ladies.
-
The location is within walking distance of the old town and all sights. The possibility to park your car in the hotel garage is not a matter of course in Granada. Good breakfast .
Unfortunately the air conditioning for cooling had not yet been put into operation, although it was already very warm for mid-March. Therefore it was quite warm in our room at night.
-
The breakfast was good and varied. Beautiful roof terrace.
The heating of the room was insufficient in view of the nightly cold.
-
Super location, nice rooms, great lobby
Unfortunately, the rooms were very noisy.
-
Good location in centre. Large room. Very clean. Modern decor. Excellent breakfast. The rooftop bar had a good food and great views.
Staff not overly friendly. Decor a bit clinical, not much character.

Location
Had dinner at the hotel restaurant at the same time as a football match was on. We were the only diners and yet the food was NOT GOOD. Two steaks ordered had to be sent back to be cooked again. A meal from the extremely limited menu listed as sole with potatoes and tomatoes actually had meat in it and was served to a non-meat eater. (The waiter checked the menu which had no mention of meat in the dish, he too was surprised) When a fresh dish appeared it was very unimpressive, a piece if fish, some potato water and a few cooked tomatoes. Not what I would expect of a four star hotel.

I paid extra for an upgraded room with a terrace but got a balcony with no furniture .i picked this hotel because it had a pool the pool wasnt open it was i37 degrees outside .i also complained about the air con they said i they turn it of during the night it was so hot i had to go out and buy a fan . There is a terrace at the pool but it wasnt open either so there was nowhere to sit the w oman at reception was not helpful when we complained .

Noisy, we were there with a large church group of teenagers who we heard all day long. Not quiet at all.
